Mcnamee might as well been playing for aghyaran as he was never off the pitch, including hitting one of the dungannon players as the play was going on at the other side of the pitch. The ref had a word with him but bottled making any big decisions as he is a county man. Disgraceful stuff, is there any need for the starred players to be on the pitch as all?

Word round East Tyrone was that player from each team were grappling in front of Aghyaran dug out while play continued at the other end of the field when McNamee entered the field and got a few digs in on the Dungannon player. Referee spoke to him afterwards but did nothing.

Not good behaviour from a county man if true but never heard of McNamee bein involved in anything like that before.

As for Div 2 league, certainly Aghyarans to lose now though who says there won't be another twist in the tale yet. Very very close at the top. Derrylaughan comin in under the radar, all they need is for Aghyaran to slip up and they could sneak it.

Tyrone players don't seem to like Dungannon ppl these days..

Eskra manager got the boot

Who was their manager? Big game for them this weekend v rock. Lose and they'll be straight down as they still have to play Dungannon and Aghyaran. Not too long ago they were in division 1.

Well done Errigal minors tonight winning the Championship. Good to be back in winning ways.

Where was the game played?
Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience

See the CCC have arranged the reserve championship for Sunday 6th August.  There was me heaping praise on them for the way the fixtures have went and they go and attempt to regain their old reputation.

Reserve footballers are more or less recreational footballers bar the 7/8 lads that are pushing for a place on the senior place.  To fix the championship a day after the Tyrone games banning lads from going out enjoying the day and hopefully celebrating a win.  1st round worked well with the championship played day before Tyrone were out.

Any thoughts?
Living the dream!!!

100% Agree. Many Club Footballers, not just Reserve footballers will use the Saturday evening games as a chance to let their hair down from the rigours of training training and games and most will probably be heading for the game with mates or on buses, the rest probably having a drink in a bar watching. Now being told they cant enjoy Tyrone in Croker is bad form on behalf of the CCC

Completely agree, if we were still in it I would be pushing for a Thurs/Fri night throw in. No way could you go to the Tyrone match and enjoy it knowing you had a game the following day.

clarshack

the clarkes and eglish have really blown their chances of winning division 2 over the last week. it's in derrylaughan's hands now but with away trips to augher and stewartstown for them there might be a few twists and turns yet.
