Clown

wot are the chances of some snow in the occupied 6 in the next few days for a day off work??

Donegal Danny

All the schools around Letterkenny are off today with the snow this morning. There was no snow at 5.30am but by 8.00 am it was everywhere and the roads were in a bad way. No snow in Derry or Strabane or around Convoy or Raphoe which are only 7/8 miles away.

Snow showers in Leinster and Ulster will spread to many other parts of the country tonight. More persistent snow is likely to develop in eastern areas before morning. Fresh to strong, northerly winds generally, with penetrating frost in most places. Lowest temperatures 0 to -3 degrees Celsius.

if it both snows and freezes tonight then some measure of chaos will occur.

QuoteFcuk all snow in Belfast....mind you it would freeze the balls off a brass monkey

I can't recall it as cold in the city centre for a long while.  There's a wee skiff of snow/hail swirling about.
