Anyone ever used Hypnosis in a serious way - Quit smoking or the like? (Not running round thinking you're a chicken) Would possibly be interested in applying it in a sporting sense and would love to hear any experiences.
Attempted this a few years back to quit smoking. The guy couldn't me to go 'under'

Yeah, was alone. He came recommended to me by someone who used him to quit smoking.
Apparently some people can't be hypnotised, I just figured I'm one of those
I know a person who provides this service.?It works for some people but not others.
