Gonna add a poll to this to see how accurate or not we are. Have included an option for our estranged 6 county friends who want to have their vote counted. Just vote for the no.1 you've already given or intend to give later on.

Poll added. If I forgot an option let me know. The United Left Alliance (ULA) is an electoral alliance of left-wing political parties and independent politicans in the Republic of Ireland, formed to contest the 2011 general election. The grouping consists of three existing political parties, the Socialist Party, the People Before Profit Alliance, and the Workers and Unemployed Action Group, as well as former members of the Labour Party.

They can't resisting hitting the buttong if they see SF  ::)

There's not a hope in hell SF will get anywhere close to 38% except on this board.

Still not sure to be honest who to vote for.

Got my one and only biteen of a canvass last night, it was an online reply to a query I sent to all candidates earlier in the week from Michael Kennedy FF TD in Dublin North, and this one part that sticks out from it, "This is going to be a very tough election for me and I would really appreciate your support."

So I replied "Dear Michael, thanks for the honest reply, this is going to be a very tough election for 4 and half million people in this proud country of ours, so f**k your honda civic, I've a horse outside"

Looks like I wont be voting FF so. The South Kerry Independent Alliance would have got my vote only they dont run candidates in Dublin North, maybe the next election they will go nationwide !!

I voted Sinn Fein #1, Labour #2 Fine Gael #3. didn't bother going down the paper in case I accidentally gave Michael Lowry or Maire Hoctor a transfer.

Im kidding i havent actually made my mind up yet but i think i will vote for an independent and do something i never did in my life and given Sinn Fein 2 and 3.  I wouldnt like to see them in goverment but they will work in the area that they are elected and not just twiddle their thumbs and lift a wage.

Fear ón Srath Bán

Sinn Féin #1, Joan Collins (People Before Profit) #2, Lab #3, Lab #4, Green #5.

Tried to give the Blueshirts a preference but the pencil self-combusted. I took that as a bad omen for me and promptly dropped my sheet in the box and left.

May I ask why you wouldnt like to see people who "will work in the area that they are elected and not just twiddle their thumbs and lift a wage." in government? What sort of people should be in government?
