Development Squad Structures in your County

Trying to get an idea of the different focus given towards development squads in each County and how they are run & funded? Can any of you supply some details

who funds the squads (divisional or all county),
the age groups,
the number of squads per age group,
the make up of the development squad coaches (club coaches or paid county coaching staff),
how well they are looked after (travelling, food, kit etc),
the meaningful competition they get?
