Eulogy was excellent. A very believable and emotional storyline. Paul Giamatti is brilliant in it definitely one of the better episodes.

Should get Hotel Reverie in this evening and hopefully US Callister 2 over the weekend. The first Callister seemed to be a big hit although I wasn't a huge fan I'd imagine it's a similar tale.

Common people, good,but took a fair while to get going.
Hotel Reverie, very good, but I like that sort of metafiction thing. Not for everyone,and definitely a bit sappy by the end.

Bete Noir: Complete shite.

Plaything: Excellent.  That Peter Capaldi is such a good actor.  Best episode by far of the 5 I've watched.

Eulogy: Mixed. Well acted, but a bit nothing in the end.

Underbelly S1 is terrific.

Watched the whole thing years ago. Very engaging.

Seasons 2 and 3 are a lot better.  Some of the acting in that first season is a bit ropey.

I wouldn't assume Vance will be the candidate.  If Trump doesn't run again (he's not currently allowed to, but it's not like the law stops him), I'd say he's more likely to try to set his son up as the candidate than Vance.

I doubt Vance would have anything like the Trump aura.  Especially if they crash the economy again, as looks quite likely.

As for the Democrats, that Pritzker bloke from Illinois has been good in at least speaking out against Trump.  Pete Buttigieg too.  In fact, I think a lot of the current pile-on by Democrats regarding "signal-gate" is about Democrats looking to position themselves as potential front-runners.

Saw T2 in the movies when it came out.  Don't remember the music though. That was the end of the Terminator series for me too. Not a patch on the superb original.
