derrylaughan are safe they beat eglish today
Not quite. Whoever wins the SFC is immune to being relegated, therefore for as long as Moortown are in the championship, the Division 1 relegation play-off cannot take place. Should Moortown win the Tyrone SFC (definitely a very outside chance, but stranger things have happened before), Derrylaughan will then play Moy with Derrylaughan at home; although they're level on points with Greencastle, Greencastle won the league tie between the two of them, therefore finish above them. Therefore not only will a Derrylaughan win against Moortown in the championship get them through into the semis, it will make them 100% safe for Division 1 & the Senior Championship for next year.

ill lay you 1000/1 on that actually happening cos moortown are rank actually a worse division 1 team than kildress or aghyaran and thats saying something

when are the league semi finals due to be played i heard weekend of sept 24th 25th with carrickmore and clonoe having home advantage is this right .
At the other end of the table who is going to survive the drop moortown or Moy i feel moy would be best equipped to survive the drop but i think it wouldnt do them a bit of harm to play in div 2 for a few years . Good to see edendork up thats another handy 2 points for us next year too.

Think it would be so silly of o hagan and herron to play the lads only home this wed on sunday as they might be in great condition but they will be tired and will not have played to any game plans i doubt the floodlights will be burning into the night every night this week for this reason i fancy omagh to win next sunday

They've got a virtual bye to the Semis now that the game against us is set to be played at Healy Park under Floodlights. No doubt a few Brown Envelopes being sent to the Tyrone Board, I guess.

btw, Is it true that the Tyrone Champions meet the Derry Champions in the Ulster Club 1st Round? Hoping, more now than ever, that Ballinderry win the Derry Championship if Dromore beat us in the QFs.

Yeah certainly a favourable venue. Always favour the west in these decisions. Ardboe i suspect would be rubbing their hands at this tie if the venue was dungannon or coalisland. Now there(sic) faced with the flight to omagh. Suppose the county board wants money for omagh with the half time draw, your man over omagh needs his money
Might even blame jet lag for a defeat ;D

Since when has dunmoyle been in east tyrone ??? IMO the west gets everything the east is neglected maybe us in the east should start our own county
