Great second shot under pressure at the last. - 21, the lowest score in major history. Wasn't this course supposed to be tough according to one of you boys? You better not try carnoustie then.

Just to add it helps if your playing partner is on form, helps push you on. Theegala is having a pretty poor round

He got too hot and bothered over that second shot into 7, started throwing his   towel around, the result he three putts from no distance at the next hole. He was only 2 shots behind and well in it. Needs a minor miracle now

Quote from: Itchy on May 19, 2024, 12:53:25 AMAaron Connolly let go by Hull. What is the story with that lad.

A real shame. He looked the real deal at Brighton at the beginning but seemed to have other distractions. Parrot and obafemi also have gone massively backwards after early promise. Idah's spell at Celtic at least has seemed to  get him going again.

Pretty even fight apart from that moment. Puzzled why usyk didn't go for it more in the 10th when Fury was clearly suffering

Quote from: JPGJOHNNYG on May 18, 2024, 08:59:55 AMPretty poor stuff from Rory only a handful of guys who made the cut had a worse score. The double bogey was club hacker golf.

Love this sort of shit from people who know fcuk all.All commentary says a scratch golfer would struggle to get round under 90 on that course but yet McIlroy is club hacker. Christ above.

;D glad you love it I'll keep it coming. Lowry on fire. McIlroy back on track. It's certainly hotting up.

If Scheffler has acted the tool then I'll hold my hand up but reports suggest police were waving players in but didnt recognise Scheffler. No matter what it's still a huge over reaction by the cops.

Sorry not having that the police need a bit of sense too. The poor guy is just trying to get to the tournament, he has an early tee off time. The police should have quickly made some arrangements for the players etc to get in FFS. I guess with his new beard he looks like a terrorist so that makes it ok

Quote from: Gabriel_Hurl on May 17, 2024, 12:36:59 PMScheffler arrested outside the course this morning - that's one way to stop him from winning

Cuffing people for driving on an extra 20 meters

He's lucky he didnt have a broken tail light, that allows the cops to stick the knee in the neck

It's ridiculous some cops are dicks sounds like another tackleberry ;D

The portal is a great idea for a time that has long gone. You put something like that in any town in Britain or Ireland and it will just attract the scum. The fact that the people behind it didn't for see such ballbag behaviour is mind boggling. The only type of place for it is at another attraction that you have to pay in for and that would help keep out most (but not all) idiots but it kind of then defeats the purpose of the idea.

ffs please not Southgate, he has wasted England best chance to win something over the last few tournaments. The English seem blinded to his incompetence. He speaks well to the media and is a likeable guy but is tactically brain dead
