I'd agree with you Screen.

Kildare forum is lighting up to put the call in to Geezer...
them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

Look-Up!

I actually thought after the match, a penny for the thoughts of Kildare fans. What if they had been braver and cut the noise out and stuck with the man. He improved them considerably, just needed a bit of luck. They free fell when he left.

One of the more honest hard-working Managers in the game. Hopefully he gets more financial support in the coming season.

I was listening to Burke on a podcast the other day - discussing the upcoming All-Ireland Final.

He got it badly wrong!

Lot in the media got it wrong. I posted up predictions from BBC and the Irish Indo and only Owen Mulligan of the non Armagh pundits/Journalists tipped Armagh to win.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Armagh18

No one backed us. What a f**king achievement.

Paul Flynn also tipped us, as he did against Kerry. Always liked him haha

Everyone said it would be a very tight game and Galway would just shade it but they wouldn't be surprised if Armagh won. Fair enough analysis before the game given how Galway performed in the group game. They also eliminated the AI champs.

I don't know why Armagh fans seem annoyed at this. Heard Mcgeeney reference it last night as well. It was all very logical analysis.

screenexile

Heard a rumour that the bauld Mickey might be going back to Leinster with Kildare... anybody heard anything?

Anything official seems to be pointing to Brian Flanagan.

It was all fairly logical analysis, yes most was going for Galway however nobody I've seen was writing off Armagh nor they should after the previous three Galway and Armagh matches that was two draws and win for Armagh.

Is the usual angry response from some (not all) teams or managers... they said we wudnt do it! We showed them! Wat do you think of that!
The most criticism in the last few years was coming from within Armagh. Enjoy it, not a time to be bitter..

Wildweasel74

Mickey to Kildare, any worse that the Derry rumour?

Captain Scarlet

I'm hearing that the Harte thing is just a rumour.

Brian Flanagan will more than likely get it with a very solid backroom team.

But as I said the Kildare-Tom forum is demanding we call Geezer NOW!!!
