A lot of good players coming through for Brigids they won 2 of the last 3 Connacht club minor titles. Two of their key players today Fallon and O'Carroll are apparently only 17.

Clann Pearses 0-6 each at half time in the Roscommon senior semi final two well matched sides. Would be a huge boost to the county team if Ultan Harney was kept injury free.

Pearses won by the narrowest of margins. 1-11 to 1-10 with the winner coming in the 4th minute of injury time. Poor goalkeeping on both goals

Agreed a great game. And, barring that incident, an easy one to ref, but the ref made an horrendous amount of mistakes!

The melee was a big  letdown for Ballymun, given they were in control and the last thing they needed.  But sometimes they just can't help themselves! When you think of the sitter Pat Burke missed a couple of minutes before the one he scored, it could really have cost them.

But Ballymun the better team. Don't think the suspensions will hinder them, and would expect they'll beat Boden. Though if MDMA and Basquel get back fit, it could be a cracker.
