A defence of AWB, Varane, Maguire, Shaw is not shit. AWB is limited in attack but he can defend. Shaw was probably the best LB in the league last year. Maguire for the slagging he gets is pretty much  indispensable, evident in utd's results when he got injured at the tail end of the season. Varane hasn't kicked a ball yet but you don't star for Real and France without being shit hot. Questions over Degea...who is the number 1 atm?

Would agree on midfield...Fred, Matic and to a lesser extent McTominay aren't good enough. Pogba has demonstrated he can't be trusted back there. With Ronaldo signing what is their best 11?
