Quote from: Captain Obvious on Today at 04:19:51 PMBillyFlynnfromTrim will be along shortly with his essay to tell us all how many games Meath won and lost wearing yellow and how they fared against teams in white?

Ach leave Billy be. He's very thorough to be fair.

Asbestos, Risk to power lines,  hospitals nearby.... but go ahead,  light your bonfire.

The north really is  a retarded cesspit run by  a shower  of useless  pricks

Quote from: Captain Scarlet on July 07, 2025, 04:46:43 PMFrom Tony Leen in the Examiner: Diarmuid O'Connor (shoulder) and Tom O'Sullivan (ankle) will miss Saturday's All-Ireland SFC semi final.

I heard that the Kerry lads are suggesting that Tyrone had a sniper in the trees down at Currans. He was targeting David Clifford who was marking O'Sullivan in backs v forwards. Clifford was too quick and he hit O'Sullivan's ankle instead. O'Connor apparently hurt his shoulder after being hit by a truck. The Kerry lads are claiming it was a McAleer and Rushe truck, lots of speculation as to why the truck was in the area but the driver drove off with his middle finger out the window.

This Tyrone /Kerry rivalry is really turning nasty , so it is

Quote from: Truthsayer on Today at 10:30:23 AMSean Doherty a legend of the game. Was fullback when Dublin made the breakthrough in 1974. Heffo's Army.
Doherty didn't take prisoners as Mickey Ned O'Sullivan 1975 can atest!
A great. RIP 🙏

He was  before my time. But I  watched the  Hell for Leather documentary lately  where it showed the Mickey Ned incident. There was  at least 3 bookings before  Doherty  got to him.  Jesus, it was a brutal act.  Mickey Ned said he  didn't come round  until 10pm that night.

Could Kerr  not have played anyway, like  Kevin Moran used to do? I doubt  anyone from West Ham can pick up  TG4. Or use Twitter.

Don't be a twat ffs.

It's true though . That's what he did  ;)

Niblock was hard  to listen to today. Too hysterical . Like a man who had too many  red bulls in him

Marty on RTE was  more  calmer . Was like watching a  totally different match.

BillyFlynn...

Being at your peak  in 3/4 years,  and successful minors  to come through means nothing. Or guarantees nothing. It's been 16 years since Meath   reached  a semi final . It could be another   16 years until you see it  again . You just never know

Meath have a  great chance of an All Ireland  this year. Go and grab  it.

Quote from: Milltown Row2 on July 05, 2025, 10:02:17 AMI wouldn't watch them playing in my backyard.. two faces you wouldn't tire from slapping

I wouldnt mind seeing them  but it's the  many dicks in the crowd I'd  end up slapping. One big  tiktok/selfie-fest. The music is secondary. It's  all about being seen to have been there.

You wouldn't have  seen that  in my day , back in 19-dickety-two .
