Well sure can you not ride in on a white charger and bale them out with all this wealth your bragging about on the Landlord Thread

Dougal fack off and go bully someone somewhere else, i am sick and tired of Fearon being harassed o  a boatd he has been on for many years!
Catch yourself on, although I can understand why you're defending him, you're peas in a pod

In fairness SS a list of his sins would be pretty small given he's so perfect in all things moral as well.

In fairness, and this is saying something, some his comments on this thread are the most bizarre he's ever posted on this board and that's saying something

Great people. Delighted for them.

Why you need to share such personal information on a public forum is beyond me. Have you no friends?

Inheritance. My solicitor is working hard as we speak to keep me out of the tax zone. Now own two houses with one very small mortgage only.
Why do you feel a need to share that information. Even on the most mundane topics you never miss a chance to do a bit of attention seeking. Personally I don't give two tosses if you have 22 houses and no mortgage, you're still a bollix of huge proportions

Not one post about being a good landlord, looking after your tenant, ensuring the house is on a fit state of habitation and that it meets the appropriate safety standards etc, setting a rent that is fair and ensuring repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.

Cable is fine because it had been feeding the Openbox. It's one of the ones that works through the electric sockets. Also bought a Panasonic dongle but it won't work either. I think it's a common problem

Thanks for that Boyce. If IPTV is going to last then I think l might go for the Zgemma. SatsNI in Cookstown offering Zgemma and 12 months sub for £180 or thereabouts   I've a Panasonic Vieta Smart TV with the latest BT home hub but it's not connecting to the Internet any more. Using an Ethernet cable but it won't connect. Any suggestions there?

Any suggestions as to what is the best box for IPTV. I've got an Openbox V8S but thinking of changing. Want something that's easy to record on and has menus as close to the standard satellite providers as possible. Got a 24hr trial on a Firestick which wasn't bad but was a bit fiddly, might suffice for a second TV in a multiroom set up.

There is clearly a class war going on as automation is becoming more widespread to increase profits for the already mega rich, meanwhile working class people become poorer depending on exploitative employers offering poor terms and conditions, zero hours contracts etc or reducing benefits simply to survive. Public sector workers also squeezed to a point where they are merely surviving rather than living.  The world is ripe for revolution but the fight has been beaten out of people. There is a caste system in all bit name

You know well what he means. Whilst it's one thing to deal with a constituency issue for a constituent, it's quite another to represent Catholics/Nationalists in Westminster. For instance would you envisage Gregory Campbell calling for a debate on a topic like Bloody Sunday or RUC collusion?
