General discussion / Dead at your age?

This is kinda cool in a morbid way...

http://dead.atyourage.com/

I've outlived the following:

Walter Benjamin - He was a Marxist literary critic, social and cultural theorist, and philosopher of aesthetics and history.

Charles I of England. He was the king of England (1625-49) whose refusal to accept Parliament's power resulted in two civil wars. He died of execution by beheading on January 30, 1649.

Wally Cox. A comedian and actor known for his role as goofy junior high science teacher "Mr. Peepers" (1952-55).

John Cassell. He was a publisher of popular illustrated periodicals meant to entertain and instruct. He died of stomach cancer on April 2, 1865.

Teddi King. She was a singer who got start after winning contest sponsored by Dinah Shore.

I'd be interested to know if he is a soccer head, a gaelic head, or is not interested in sport. But such a discussion would probably upset the legal process.

WHY?

Curiousness. What sort of environment creates someone that the police decide to lift when a person is killed?

Whatever your feelings about Jade or the comments regarding her death, I feel you were way out of line muppet. She's barely dead.

I agree with Muppets statement Ziggy. Jade became famous for being stupid and getting her jugs out. Yet the british are all upset with themselves. Meanwhile her husband Jack is still alive. Somewhere in all that is the real tragedy.

Every year I scratch my head at this Lions thing.

It's like earning a place on the Ulster team and taking on Kerry.

Never started an Armagh match thread before.  :D Little amuses the innocent.

Win in this one and promotion might be a possibility. Is it in Cross next Sunday?

According to gaa.ie it's in the Athletic Grounds.

That happy hunting ground for visiting teams?

Where is Tony? Shocked that he didn't start this thread and even more shocked he hasn't been on to put his considerable weight behind it.

You always have plenty to say about Tony...Whats he got to do with it?

I started the thread and if you read the first post you will see that I said I hope he doesn't bless himself....

If you have nothing constructive to add then don't comment about someone else who hasn't posted in the thread, while at the same time trying to poke fun at him!

Why shouldnt he bless himself?

It's a wonder Max Clifford didn't try to revive her so they could rush a camera crew in for the money shot. Selfish of her to die in her sleep.

I had that thought as well...but respectively suppressed it  :-\

Shall we forgive the Poyntzpass man for coming on and throwing a forward pass, and then giving away the final penalty?

Aye, why not.
