I wouldn't say there are none but I'm struggling to think of any. Who would be the best young players coming through Clonoe. Had a magee lad was useful. Hard to think of others. I think they are an old and slowing side. Any team with pace with expose clonoe. If Errigal get dragged into a battle Clonoe could see them off.

There's a young lad Brian McCabe a nippy forward from clonoe recently injured but on his way back to his best. If he can control his temper issues and stay off the drink he should be a solid senior player for them in years to come.

Surprised Clonoe even going to bother fielding this weekend tbh, but it's good that they are as Errigal will need a few games ahead of the Ulster Club.

I know, I was just looking at that list of Errigal players and thinking it would strike fear into all they meet.

Anyone give Eglish a decent chance at a run this year?

With the McKennas and youngesters like the McGleenans, Jordan, Donnelly and Colm Byrne they have a crop of very good young players and Mattie McGleenan in charge is bound to have a good buzz around them this year.

They're very much a wild card for me, the fact McKenna has played so little for them gives them that suprise factor. Defence could be dodgy but they've got serious scoring power across the team.
