Well, do yourselves, your famiy and the established Irish community in this country a huge favour. Feckin behave.
Sick and tired of hearing and dealing with drunk, misbehaving young Irish men and women who think that they are immune to the rules of this country. You wouldn't do it at home, don't do it here.
They are an absolute embarrassment.

And so it begins!! Kids are still awake, looks like a long night to get Santa work done
Quote from: mylestheslasher on December 23, 2011, 10:44:14 PMYes really! pushing a "fan" off the field of play > kicking a "fan" on the ground.Quote from: Captain Obvious on December 23, 2011, 09:54:43 PMQuote from: mylestheslasher on December 23, 2011, 08:57:10 PMThat's what the goalkeeper should have done instead of kicking him twice on the ground.
There wasn't any problem when schmeicel did this...

Really? This guy didn't try to assault anyone, just went for a wee run. Schmeicel intercepted him and assaulted him by firing him of the pitch. There's wasn't a word about it at the time cos yer mam got what he deserved.

Nally - I think he was just trying to get the rise out of me (or at least I hope he was) although I was once called a foreign b**tard in Castlebar once and told to go home to my own country so you know maybe its a Mayo thing?
I think it's not just Mayo. It seems to be Galway too. Went there a few years back. Sober as a judge and got turned away from two bars in one night upon showing my ID. One of those bars I got the same response you did..."f**k off back to your own country", the other the doorman just explained awfully politely that they didn't want "nordies" about.
In fairness NS pubs in Galway city are notorious for (or were anyhows) refusing entry for any old reason.................. wouldn't really put it down to your accent/ place of birth. I have made my views known on Galway city in previous threads.
Thats true, I went to Uni there a long time back and I used get some hassel getting into CP's, first it was your not over 21, then the law was changed, then it was your wearing the wrong shoes, then I got real nice shoes, then it was your too drunk, then I started going with zero drink, then it was too many lads, so I went with a woman, then it was the womans drunk, ffs. Galway bouncers were right gits.

Britain are really lacking in sports stars. Who the hell is Cavendish anyway?
Just the winner of the Green jersey in the Tour de France and the World Champion cyclist 2011. By next year he should have won more tour stages than any other cyclist and will probably be the Olympic champion.
That's alot of should's and probably's. Will he be the next Neil Armstrong then?
