Balls to that Archie. Now its just a Word file that cant be edited!

Try and right click on the saved file, go to properties and take off the Read-Only option.

Or can you copy and paste into a new document?

If you have scanner software on your computer it might be able to OCR it and convert it to editable text.

Maximum size is 2MB, this file is nearly twice that!

I would have had half of it done by now rather than looking for a shortcut!!
