@JamesPearceLFC
As long as he passes his medical, Takumi Minamino will become a #LFC on January 1. Borussia Mönchengladbach, AC Milan and Manchester United among those beaten to his signature.
Fee of £7.25 million - effectively what Liverpool banked for selling Ryan Kent to Rangers.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

Deal done klaxon:
#LFC have agreed deal for Takumi Minamino...and they stole him from Manchester United, because of inside knowledge of secret clause Old Trafford was oblivious to.

This could turn out to be the best bit of business we've ever done. It really is a steal.

We're going to have to build a statue of Michael Edwards at Anfield.
You can't live off history and tradition forever

Looks like another great bit of business.  He ticks all the boxes for a Liverpool player these days.
That's just, like your opinion man.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has signed a new deal with the club that will run until 2024.

Klopp staying on for 4 years is the best bit of business Liverpool will do. Amazing manager
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

Excellent news, what a time to be a Red. Next 4 years could possibly be some of the greatest years the club has ever had, won't last forever so enjoy the ride lads.

4 years is a long time in football. Things can unravel very quickly at any club.

Yeah, I dunno about Stevie G.If he is still Rangers manager in 2024 I'd be concerned. If he does well at Rangers and a bigger club in a better league come in for him and he does well there then maybe but I wouldn't like to see him come from Rangers to Liverpool.

Yes, as you and other Man United fans have found out and those of us old enough to remember the last time Liverpool won the league already know, things can indeed go sour very quickly.
You have to admit Liverpool though as a club are in a good place right now.
Klopp is probably the best manager in World football at the moment,Michael Edwards seems to be a magician when it comes to transfers and contracts. New state of the art training  facilities being built, Anfield up for even further redevelopment. New Nike deal. The club is just being run right at this moment.
If Liverpool fans can't enjoy what's happening right now and look forward to the next 4 years  with optimism then we may as well not bother.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

+100

Klopp and the board have put in a lot of effort in the past few years to get Liverpool into the position they are in now - primed to go on and win the big trophies.  Why wouldn't he want to be at the helm now and in the next few years to reap the rewards. The club is in a great position on and off the pitch.
That's just, like your opinion man.

Apparently part of the reasoning behind the extension announcement at this time is because new potential signings have indicated they want to work with Klopp for the next few years. Maybe this will mean further signings in January on top of Minamino....
