Quote from: PadraicHenryPearse on Today at 01:24:13 PMGermans true to form anyway. They love genocide.

Mad post
It does seen Germany so keen to make amends for Holocaust they'll do anything not to offend Israel including accept any form of genocide by the Zionists.

Saying that the Germans love genocide is bollox

why?

Wise up, all Germans love genocide? What age are you ffs

Antrim / Re: Antrim Hurling
Fantastic game, fair play to come back up the road after last week's debacle

Was a superb game in fairness

Antrim were dead and buried a couple of times and the 'square ball' I thought was going to scupper things

We lost our composure when we gave away the soft penalty, but managed to clear that from our thoughts.

Quote from: J70 on Today at 02:30:34 PMDraw against Spurs next weekend will most likely secure CL football for next season.

About all that's left now.

Team looks completely gassed.

Gakpo should have rolled that ball in when the keeper threw it out. Would have been interesting to see what would have happened!

Could Liverpool miss out on CL football?

They must have really shit the bed to get a hammering by a team that far down the table

Leeds doing Leeds.. they are like Spurs

So it's not about City's money (as we are in agreement) Chelsea plus utd have spent more and the likes of Liverpool's and city are better because of their appointments

that settled, I'm bored of City winning but it's not down to over spending

Quote from: ONeill on April 26, 2024, 11:53:35 PMI think he's taken them to a new level. And the PL too. Liverpool have had 2 near-faultless seasons and didn't win the league.
Yep it can't be all money or all manager, you need both. A bit of financial misconduct also helps.

It has to be about the management, Chelsea and Utd have on many occasions surpassed city's spending and came up short..

Quote from: ONeill on April 26, 2024, 11:45:16 PMKlopp did brilliantly. Arsenal are only finding out now what it's like to challenge Pep's City on a yearly basis. It breaks you eventually. To get over the line against them once is some achievement.

Were city less of a team before Pep? As they'd plenty of money before he arrived, or has he been the making of them?

As I regularly hear, Utd spend more than city, so it can't be a money thing

Quote from: Tony Baloney on April 26, 2024, 11:00:34 PMA lot of people have been to Oz. On paper it's a place I'd like to have visited but the getting there is very off putting for someone who hates flying. How many 1 hr flights would it take?!

Break it up with stays in Dubai

Quote from: J70 on April 26, 2024, 10:12:29 AMNone of the listed AB countries for me.

I've been to Aruba though.

Not a country.

Its always a grey area

In January 1986, Aruba seceded from the Netherlands Antilles, becoming a constituent country of the Kingdom in its own right. In October 2010, the Netherlands Antilles was dissolved and CuraƧao and Sint Maarten became the newest constituent countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Quote from: giveherlong on April 26, 2024, 01:48:41 PMAny recommendations for family friendly hotels or accommodation in Albuferia, Portugal?

Going next week, not to a family friendly one though, would imagine Old Town Albuferia would be best suited for a quiet time, mum and dad usually went there, they loved it.

But the strip you'd need to avoid! Think my sister stayed at the Jupiter resort, not sure when to be honest, her kids were smaller. think its expensive though.

Checked out any Airbb?
