Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's daughter came out as TRANS during her grandfathers funeral.

Seraphina Rose, 15, announced her new boys name 'Fin' whilst appearing with her head shaved at a memorial service for her grandfather over the weekend

She told the memorial service, which was streamed live on Facebook, "Hello my name is Fin Affleck."

Her father, Ben Affleck is now married to Jennifer Lopez- whose own child Emme is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns.

Cass report released yesterday, seems pretty sensible - any child should have a full assessment for unrelated "issues" l, numerous divergent, autism etc and a mental health assessment before proceeding with gender treatment. Instead of just prescribing puberty blockers as a matter of course

Despicable crime.  As for the 4 yr jail time sentence, WTF!  The courts really do not help the situation ... 133 previous convictions, then this ... 4 yrs!  The key should be thrown away on scumbags like this.

Would make you sick to the pit of your stomach but to add insult to injury they hand out a sentence like that. Blood boiling! Surely they'll have to appeal the leniency of the sentence. No way someone like that can be let stalk the streets in less than 4 years.

Courts don't have carte Blanche in sentencing decisions. They take their lead from parliament and statutory committees such as JSBNI in Northern Ireland or the sentencing guidelines counsel in England and Wales. Parliament can and does intervene when sentences are too low. But until it does Courts are highly curtailed by the will of parliament.

All that said when sentences that are seen as lenient are imposed then whilst Courts who really couldn't have done anything else, parliaments who could have set proper guidance get off Scot free. That annoys me.

The law needs to be tougher on crime in general but I see nothing here to give that judge a pass. If he saw fit to give that utter scum "credit" and thinks it's ok for him to prey on others in 4 years time, which he most certainly will do, then he is not fit to be a judge.
