I don't think it was though, cause the red lady had already lit all the Dhotraki swords and he was grand. He just said it was cause they didn't have a hope
If the theory about Bran being the Lord of Light is true and JS, Beric and the hound are all fire wights having been brought back from the dead
hound wasnt brought back from the dead tho was he?

Its a while back in the show but is there a possibility he actually died after the dust up with Brienne ? Can't remember well enough the detail but think Ayra denied him a mercy killing but just left him out there.

no he almost died but yer man from deadwood found him

Think they filmed Alot of that outside of toome

On a Saturday night.

No real idea what's going on. Is there any armies left to fight Cersei? Jon and Dani kinda fucked about at the start of the episode. They could've thinned a few million dead out with a bit of fire instead they went for a pointless flight with the Dragons. I'm disappointed to be honest.

the whole plan was to go after the night king tho, they knew they couldnt beat the army of the dead

Has anyone ever bought houseplans online or is it best to go through a local architect?

Assume it is more expensive to go local?

dunno, But I know my self build mortgage required the architect to sign off on each stage of the build, not sure how thatd work if you bought them online

Folks - could I ask a bit of advice please - I have a Seagate external hard drive that is broken - a mate checked it out and confirmed it was a hardware issue. I looked at seagate website and to recover the files is going to cost nearly £600. The files contain many photos of strong sentimental value, including many of family occasions, but I'm baulking at the expense.

Are there any other options? I assume that this is going to be an expensive process to retrieve the files, if that is possible?

used these guys before and they're very good, not cheap either but cheaper than 600 quid

Anyone have any recent dealings with NIE on domestic electricty connections for new house ?
I'm about 230 metres from the nearest pole. The estimate on their website says I could be looking at £13,500 for a connection :(
It's just a straightforward couple of poles across a field, no road crossings
If anyone has got quotes from them let me know how much
Thanks

I've just got mine done and it was about £4000, thats an underground cable about 75metres away.  If you need a transformer itll cost more

Interesting times................................regardless of sledging and verbals, the violence perpetrated on the day is sickening, its no coincidence that Mc Geeney is highly involved in mma, and the guy from armagh involved in the scuffle is also involved in mma at a high level, thug of the highest order and raises questions over how mcgeeney conducts business and the message he sends to his players

McGeeney isnt involved in MMA, he's involved in brazilian jiu jitsu, which is grappling and not striking.

I would say if you've the foundations in and building control have inspected  them then your original plan that was passed by will still stand.

Looking some advice here and I thought this was the most appropriate place for it. We bought our own house (New build that was vacant for approx 3 year for 62k) three years ago. My father in law has had a turn in health recently and my partner is keen to look at the option of buying a site of my father in law and building on his land. I spoke to the estate agent we bought of and he said.he would put our house on the market for 80k. After fees etc I would hope to come out with close to 20k for a follow on deposit.

My questions are:

1. Is there a mortgage out there for new builds? Are these hard to obtain?

2. My father in law bought his house and land recently and is under the impression that (a few.years ago) there was a site advertised on the land he bought. Is it possible to track this down? If this was the case would it be easier to go through the process of obtaining planning permission for a new site?

3. Finally, I have no clue about how much it is to build a house. Roughly speaking how much would a four bed bungalow cost. Wouldn't have a clue where to start re square footage. Would a four bed two story increase the cost majorly?

Progressive do self build mortgages, think ulster and halifax do too but they require you to have the roof on before you get the first stage payment.

When games are tight you can always rely on an o'se to stand up as well. Mcfadden was in the pocket.

exactly, so why is McFadden never substituted?? maybe i haven't seen enough donegal games but he always seems to avoid the cull.

I really don't understand either. Even when he got his chance (for a point - not the goal chance) he had a load of space and fluffed it. Should have been off. I guess he was the one likely to get goals which they needed. Nearly did in the end too. Only reason I can see why.

This is indeed a strange one but McFadden has had a poor year by his standards but caught fire against Dublin and maybe that was the hope for him yesterday despite the limited chances. However, a few things come to mind;

- he is the brother-in-law of the manager...
- McGuinness has in past times referred to the fact that he is very reluctant to take off key scorers as it affects their confidence. An admirable opinion if it applied to all forwards but it doesn't - he seems to give McBrearty a raw deal.

In addition to this I cant believe that there is not much made out of the last attack that Donegal had - IMO it was a clear footblock on McBrearty as he shot on goal and the ball was deflected to McFadden who palmed it against post. Maybe it has been mentioned  earlier in this thread but I have heard it nowhere else. Spillane would have a field day if this had happened against one of the Kerry lads - sick of him going on about old Kerry values such as kickpassing etc - didn't see much of it yesterday - he couldn't even bring himself to say that they played a 'system' for the entire game. RTE should get rid but of course he is controversial so he will be there for a while yet.

Finally congrats to the Kingdom - I honestly couldn't see Donegal losing but obviously very wrong on that ???

it might have been a foot block alright, but I think Murphy was charging at the beginning of the move.

Ah crap that's awful news. McKeever will be a massive loss. No Toner to step in for that position either.

Who's the best bet there now? Vernon?

Toner was on the bench and warmin up during the Down match so hopefully he's available

Benny why are you so against the opt-in scheme?
Can you not see how it will provide much more organs and so reduce waiting times and so save lives?

You don't even have to ring up and tell them you want to opt out. You can just tell your family to tell them when you die.

I'm aware more organs become available because of this. But like someone said earlier, his father would have to have been kept on life support for longer just to get his organs. It would've been tough for the fanily to do so.

If you're automatically opted in, and you die, then does your family really know your intentions? Maybe someone wasn't aware they were on the donor list, and their organs are taken anyway. Maybe they were against organ donation in the first place? OK, people know the score at the minute, but what about a few years away, when the hype has died down, and the opt-out thing is rarely mentioned?

I just think at least if someone has gone to the bother of registering to become a donor, then that is what they really wanted. This situation where the family can say no upon their death is putting unnecessary strain on an already grieving family.

I'd prefer to see the organ donation advertised properly. Opt in, you could save a life. Don't opt in, you're not a donor. Simple.

from what I understand at the minute the family still get the final say whether your on the register or not, is this wrong?
