Quote from: Tyrone12345 on Today at 11:58:56 AMJunior league starting this weekend. What are we thinking this year? Killeeshil very hard to look past, expecting a big year from them. In terms of dark horses, I'd be looking at drumquin and glenelly. Two good young sides with plenty of quality.Did Killeeshil get any men back that they were missing last year? Might not be as straight forward as you would think if they haven't. Strabane will have plenty to say about promotion this year now that the glory hunters are back on board.
Eskra vs Killyman
CNG vs Augher
Strabane vs Derrytesk
Urney vs Killeeshil
Glenelly vs Brackaville
Aghaloo vs Tattyreagh
Donaghmore III vs Brocagh
Errigal III vs Drumquin

And as Joe (rightly and constantly) bemoans the likes of Trump, the Tories, Israeli gov't etc for getting the lie out first, because that's the message that'll stick more the actual truth, he does the very same re the GAA.
Even our red hand neighbours would love to see us win Sam the year to see the hooer squirm, yes? Surely

Look to Kerry Galway Tyrone Mayo and Derry.
They have plenty of footballers equal to or better than many Dublin players.
They simply don't have the numbers to cover for injury and rest.
They don't have the luxury of bringing on a Jack mc Caffrey or Michael Darragh for the last 20.
Dublin compared to any of the others have the quality players to pick two teams from.
None of the other counties do.
So, is it a numbers game or a money game?
If you are given funds to develop the game you can coach 20 players for the same amount as 10.
I heard on the RTE podcast that Dublin spent approx 7 million on their seniors last year.
The nearest to this was Cork.
6.2 million I think.
However 40 percent of Corks was on travelling expenses alone.
Ok so why are Dublins hurlers not doing what Limerick are doing with their money and less numbers that Dublin?

Quote from: Snapchap on Today at 12:56:37 PMThe episode also contains Joe telling us how he told txt a friend before the Derry Donegal game to predict that Donegal would win using "a ploy to go for lobbed goals when the keeper comes to midfield". Weirdly, he never once made that prediciton in public before the game. Just told us about how he predicted it in the aftermath and how obvious it was.
Quote from: Milltown Row2 on Today at 11:46:55 AMOnly a money making machine if people are going over the limit?
I've been done many times with the cameras over the years, no excuse, speeding and wrong, do I blame the camera for being there? No that's all on me. Anyone that thinks they can speed 'safely' is crazy
If they put the average speed cameras on the road would it make it safer? Wouldn't know the stats on the accidents in regards to speeding, carelessness, recklessness and so on, but in the meantime till its sorted it needs some attention.
What stage is it at with planning and at what point will they government say we've taken into considerations your issues of not having it but we are going ahead with it anyways?
