Quote from: Rawhide on December 02, 2023, 05:56:55 PMBrolly, a guy who gave away his kidney, does literally copious amounts of charity gigs, goes to club events up and down the country for nothing, and we have gaels slating because he has a opinion that some of you don't like or agree with. The whole essence of being a barister is strongly putting across your opinion. And that's the bit that gets under your skin. The difference between brolly and McGregor is night and day.

His charity work or whatever doesn't excuse his outrageous outbursts over the year's especially the one towards Sean Cavanagh 10 years ago. He should have been booted from RTE at that point. Did Sean Cavanagh go running to solicitors?

lol, cavanagh is fond of a pound or 2, if he thought there was any grounds for suing he'd have been in there. Seriously can't believe there are people taking the side of a complete sc**bag like mcgregor.

It's OK to dislike both of them.

Been watching the Simpson's from the start with my youngest son recently and we are now on season 7. I don't really remember watching it past about season 10 back in the day so is that when it started to be not as good? How does a current episode compare to one of 20+ years ago?

Quote from: BIGONE on November 30, 2023, 04:23:40 PMI see Coalisland advertising for Expressions of Interest as well.

Coalisland for me would be better off going internal. Would some of their older players coming to the end of their playing days not be interested in a player/manager role?

Quote from: general_lee on November 30, 2023, 09:47:12 AMIt's quite simple - they've punted too much money on duds on the off chance they might develop into better players. There are players in the first team squad who probably should have retired by now. Add in a couple of injuries and you've a squad of players that wouldn't win a match in the Europa Conference.

Looked at the Europa Conference tables and there are only 2 groups that Celtic would have a chance of getting 2nd place. It's actually depressing being a Celtic fan despite being top of the SPL. I think if Rangers win the next derby game then things could fall apart quite quickly.

Quote from: Sportacus on November 30, 2023, 08:47:21 PMWho's paying for all these libel cases Sinn Fein and their members are taking against journalists and others?  Well into double figures apparently.

Maybe coming from this money?

The rioters need dealt with but that is proper hate speech right there.

If McGregor is being investigated then so should this guy.

Tbf what was Brolly thinking calling the Dublin stabber a 'Gentleman'. McGregor on the other hand letting himself down a lot too including retweeting a Loyalist account.

Quote from: Rossfan on November 28, 2023, 10:33:09 AMThey attacked a PBP meeting in Dublin last night as well.

I don't support PBP but they're entitled to have their meetings free from harassment by extremist xenophobic scumbags.
The National Party were attacked with knives in Enniskillen last year at a meeting by a bunch of Dissidents and far left Antifa types.

Wasn't much sympathy for them or police help. Guess that's okay to the usual mob on here.
2 showers of wankers.

Agree and the irony is Antifa are as fascist as those they claim to be against. Weren't they listed as a Terrorist organisation in the US?

If Sinn Fein really wanted into power in the south all they'd have to do is come out and say that immigration would be controlled like in Australia and they would win a landslide victory in the next election.
