Has anyone on the board had their club sign up to the online club lotto option through "myclubfinances"? We're looking for ways to increase income (like all clubs!) and this was mentioned. If anyone has a view either way on it, it'd be much appreciated.

Any info helps like ease of use, profit after bank charges etc.

What's the general consensus on training using ankle weights, or any other kind of weighted clothing for that matter? I can see the benefits for building power in the legs but I've heard it can be quite hard on the joints and ligaments. Any thoughts?
