When you ring the bank and noone in the branch will take your call and you go straight through to the 'Branch Support Team' and they havent got a f**king clue what they are at,

and they put you on hold for 10 mins with that shite music playing

Bank support teams wreck my head - can never ever get through to the main banks - the support team are based in some call centre god knows where and havnt a clue what your talking about and all the help they are able to give you is to take your number and get someone in the branch to call you back - and they never ever do! Arseholes
