Last weeks excellent draw v Derry extended our undefeated run to 3 games but was also a costly one with some players suffering injuries that have ruled them out of this week's game against Louth. Four players from that game, Aaron Kernan, Ciaran McKeever, Kevin Dyas and Gary McCooey are ruled out. Niall Geoghegan, Paul McKeown, Declan Carville and Kieran Toner are still out through injury. Eight players in total injured, Jamie Clarke on holiday plus six Under21 players excused will mean plenty of opportunities for other members of the panel in this weeks game.

Armagh squad appears to have 15 squad members unavailable this week. With Andy Mallon and Grugan also not available ( hopefully both will be come summer) it is lucky we can field at all. A great chance for players to stake a claim for a place but Louth will never get a better chance to get 2 points.
