With all these doubts in regard when/where football games are to be played, i think it would be a great idea if the county board would appoint a P.R.O.  ::)

Throughout the year, it has been near impossible to find out club related fixtures and results.

donelli

Intermediate semi-final.

Truagh 2-8 Eire Og 1-4

thebandit

Any word how the fixtures meeting went last week?

I was at it, Blayney were far too good for them, Clontibret weren't interested. Dermie Malone, playing on the 40 for Blayney gave Vinny Corey the runaround, Strimmer played well in the middle of the field with Brian McGuinness ok beside him. Darren Daly at Full Back and Cormac Brady at CHB did well, Kieran Tavey and Vinny Corey got into a row midway through the 2nd half, Marty McElroy got involved and Corey and Marty walked.

Congrats to the Inniskenn club on a very fine developmenet, surely they will get a good share of championship games now.

The minor final takes place at the same venue on Friday night.

Anyone know the score in the Division One League final between Carrickmacross and Castleblaney?

thebandit

Finished a draw, replay wednesday night.

timmyot501

Replay is in Emyvale - bit funny bringing the 2 teams the length of the county for this game when inniskeen have good lights closer to both clubs.  That said I hear the lighting in Emyvale is excellent.

timmyot501

Well done Emyvale ladies on winning the intermediate club all-ireland and to Drumhowan on their ulster junior success.

Any new additions for the new League?
Monaghan need some new ideas and new blood - I think there was some ideas but looks like it's the same old same old
