There are people flat out running courses on how to become a 'sovereign citizen' and a 'community constable'. That sovereign citizen nonsense has been around in the states for years, leading to bloodshed in some cases when these morons face off with the federal government.

Most recently a few years back when those Bundy headcases took over a wildlife refuge in Oregon (a few years after they had an armed standoff with the feds over grazing cattle on federal land).

I saw one group in England. I'm sure they're elsewhere too, who were training as Alpha Citizens or something like that. They were wresting in big pile ons and doing fight training and talking about Magna Carta etc.
