Not on here to gloat. Only saw the goal and the last 5 minutes. But fair fucks to the LFC players giving it their all, in all the competitions all season. That's all any fan wants from their team isn't it?

Dunno who you support but yeah would agree with that. They gave their all can't ask for anymore. Losing to Madrid in a European Final is no embarrassment even if Liverpool were the better team.

No complaints. Best team won. Liverpool had to be clinical to beat this side as they sure as hell would take the one chance that fell their way. Liverpool are now regularly playing in champions leagues finals and at the business end of the league. Not a bad place to be. Will be back next  year challenging and will win the big ones again sooner than later. If bottling it is getting 90 plus points in the league long live the bottlers.

I don't think the best team won. Liverpool had all the chances and the ball for the majority of the game. They got one chance and scored fair enough. Courtois won it for them though which tells you all you need to know.
Agree Liverpool will be back though.

Is celebrating two trophies better or worse than celebrating just about surviving in the League ?

To be fair Liverpool fans celebrated their Goal Keeper scoring a last minute goal for us to qualify for the Champions League last season. Big deal! You celebrate what is important to you at the time. I totally get Everton fans celebrating their survival. It's all about that moment.

Better team but no end product and thats what matters end of day. Be sad to see Mane go but a wee freshen will do no harm. Diaz ive been impressed but Carvahall Mom along with Courtois tonite. If they win the charity shield will that make it a treble of sorts? From quads to trebles to doubles hopefully they start better with the charity shield next season. City will totally concentrate on champions league. So that should tie up the league by October
