Conn got a ridiculous red card it balanced itself out

If you think that's not a red card then you've had too many knocks on the head yourself. It was late, high and dangerous, he had time to pull out of it as well.

When you say it was "late". He collided with a player who had the ball in his hands. He still had the ball in his hands when he hit the ground.

Both teams very good at pretending to be injured when there was nothing wrong with them. 

I actually thought black card was correct and the yellow leading to red was correct too. It was a high tackle.
Was never a square ball.
Poor enough game.
Tyrone will be happy with the young lads and the points.
Roscommon might be happy given how close they were without so many players, but they didn't play well.

Had a look at it again. Definitely the correct call.
The square ball for the final play is tight though I think it might just be one.
However, before that the ball comes in and a Roscommon player starts in the square, then runs across the square to collect the ball.
Tough one for Roscommon but officials got it right.

I'd say the officials thought it to be reckless and dangerous more than clumsy

What Ruane did is exactly in the wording of the black card rule, not some loose interpretation by this ref.

If Ruane's shoulder was determined to deliberately cynical then  imo the red card was fair game.

They were 100% on the drink and why wouldn't they!! Surprised they played but they're adults if they want to play why shouldn't they.

An issue with injury time?
Heard that Magherafelt line were roaring on to their players that there were 4 minutes to be played but it was blown up after 2.

To be fair, perhaps I was being facetious in reference to the "good thing for Antrim" comments made previously.
Seeing as you have made it again, can I ask what that sentiment is based on?
It's just I don't think I've ever seen a link between Antrim teams doing well in this and football improving in Antrim.
Maybe I'm wrong but Antrim teams won (not just did well, but actually buckin won) this competition in 2006, 2008 and 2011 and for the life of me I can't see how it had any positive impact on the standard, quality or fortunes of football in our county.
It is of course nice to see schools from Antrim have success in colleges football but its place in the bigger picture is negligible, it seems.

Some play for Magherafelt too. I wouldn't suggest that an Antrim school is in the MacRory Cup semi final tonight.

All Antrim schools now out of the McLarnon Cup. Can't be a good thing.

Then you look at that game this evening and wonder why they are making the referee fitness tests more difficult. He could bring a deck chair with him.

A good start might be to call on the DUP to go into government rather than aiming their anger at CHH.

I actually don't think he has. He would have to suspend Stormont to do that, AFAIK... but not 100% on that.
But playing devils advocate for a moment, if he does have the power then what's the point of Stormont? Surely then we just move back to direct rule? We're kind of riding two horses.... if you get me. That would be his argument I suppose. 

That wasn't an argument when the British government gave Brandon Lewis the authority to implement abortion laws here.
Of course they can sort these pay deals and public funding without the Stormont executive. Unfortunately people don't matter to these hoors. It's all a game.
