Farve has a hard on for the Vikings, he ants to stick it to the packers for the way they treated him yet he fails to accept that they lost interest in him because he couldnt decide to retire or not and so they quite rightly moved on, he then unretired again and they had already committed to Aaron Rogers. Farve then got his mammy and his brother to slam the packers in the media and lied on tv when he claimed they had done nothing to lure him back, they had offered to fly down to meet with him, he agreed and then a few hours before the GM and VP were to fly down to Mississippi to meet with him he called to tell them not to bother as he was staying retired...........again.

Farve makes everything about him, he was a good quarterback who had moments of brilliance however he is washed up, he quit on the Jets and mailed it in in the last quarter or so of the season and all he wants to do is rub the Packers face in it after everything he put them through and vice versa.

I have to listen to people talking about farve every day of my life,they love him around here although I will say he has lot a lot of support  because of the way he has treated the Packers over the past few years, he is and was a prima donna and he is way overrated in my estimation, the Viqueens would do well to forget about Farve, they dont need another circus in Minneapolis.

Nah, it is 50/50. The GM is a guy called Ted Thompson, he is an anti social man who cannot relate well to fans, the media or players. Farve hates him with a passion and both of them have huge ego's. Farve made it worse by allegedly telling a mate from the Lions how to beat the packers wehn they run certain schemes, the packers leaked that information and publically embarassed him, strike that, he embarassed himself.

I blame both parties involved but since his dad died farve has gone off the rails, his wife is a slabber as his his brother and agent, the worst shark in the pool and he is taking bad advice left, right and centre.

Lambeau will a be surreal when he shows up in purple, half the fans will cheer him and the other half will want to hit him, a sad end to what should have been an unblemished legacy in Packer country.

Two regular season games in London in 2010?

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- After seeing fans jam London's Wembley Stadium the past two years to watch an NFL game, the league is considering sending a second regular-season contest overseas in time for the 2010 season.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Tuesday that the second game also could be played in London or another location in the United Kingdom. The issue will be discussed at next week's league meetings and could be included in a larger plan to add up to two regular-season games to the NFL schedule.

"The fan reaction we've had in London has been extraordinary. We would like to feed that passion," Goodell said after speaking at the Charlotte Touchdown Club. "We have a great fan base in the UK. There have been discussions of taking the second game and playing it in another market in the UK. That's something that we'll evaluate."

The NFL first staged a regular-season game in London in 2007, when the New York Giants beat the Miami Dolphins 13-10. Last year, the New Orleans Saints beat the San Diego Chargers 37-32 at Wembley Stadium.

Both games were sellouts, and fans quickly gobbled up tickets for next season's Oct. 25 game between the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

While Goodell reiterated that there are no plans to move the Super Bowl to London, he said a second regular-season game is drawing support from league owners.

"I think the teams have had a great experience that have gone over," Goodell said. "We've been able to build on that, and I think teams recognize it's an honor and a privilege to go over and play there. And it can be done without impacting the team negatively."

However, some players have been critical of the overseas games because of the extensive travel involved in the middle of the season. One team also loses a home game in the arrangement, a potential competitive disadvantage.

"The negative is taking the home game away from the fans," Goodell said. "It's another reason why potentially restructuring the season and changing two preseason into regular-season (games) can be something that we find is beneficial to the fans."

They should be playing games in Germany as well, its just as popular there. I know a good few German fans are a bit pissed off with all the emphasis on the UK. NFL europe was practically NFL Germany by the time it finished.
