100% right Minder, the commentary on american football is top class.

Thats a bit much! A little John Gruden goes a long long way.

They don't do that much in fairness gallsman. Usually they say things like 'Today's Aflac question is 'What coach won .....'' or 'Tonight aerial shots have been brought to you by Snoopy 1, Metlife's blimp'.

The only time I've really noticed the overt advertising was in the soccer world cup back in 1994. 'This portion of the game is brought to you by Budweiser, King of Beers'

That Gruden show on ESPN where he sat down with the top Rookie QBs coming into the NFL was brilliant. Grudens QB Camp or something.

Even that would annoy me! Maybe it might not be quite as bad as I made out, but it's definitely something that's pretty alien over here. Obviously all big sports are heavily commercialised but I think the American ones take the piss sometimes. Everything from the coin toss to the highlights reel seems to have a sponsor!

TV time out's, how many souls do you have to sell to give the media time outs during a professional game? disgusting.

Officials time outs, more bullshit corporate greed.

American games are becoming unwatchable because of the drastic over commercialization of their games.

Would that not be American TV, not just American games, being unwatchable?

Rented a house in the US for a couple of weeks in the summer, and in the evening time sitting down to watch a movie on TV was a disaster. Would go on for hours because of all the ad breaks

God bless the DVR

Some strange calls in the bears game from the refs fucked my bet up. Bears fans must pull their hair out at the cnut Cutler, useless is not the word.

Great win for the Falcons. We have to take that form into the play-offs. I think that win makes us top seed.

Adrian Peterson is only 300yds away from Eric Dickerson's record. Some performance considering he's just back from major surgery.
It won't be the next manager but the one after that Meath will become competitive again - MO'D 2016

It might help the man if A. he had more than one buck to throw to and B..........the buck he does throw to is smart enough to run the right routes, that said, he is an unlikeable, pouty bastid!

The pack had that game won three times and near blew the fecker, simply not good enough.

I have tickets for the Mike McCarthy show this week, should be interesting, dinner, drinks and the chance to listen to his rationale for almost shitting the bed with boneheaded play calling!

A new low for the Chargers tonight.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

Dallas OT win - I thought you had to score a TD on your first posssion to win immediately? Dallas score a FG and win on their first drive???

What's the story?

RealSpiritof98

once the ball is intercepted its classed as a 2nd possession
