Quote from: square_ball on May 26, 2024, 10:15:01 PMDidn't know fleadhs and weddings were grounds to have games called off.Ccc meeting with clubs in February it was agreed that clubs could request dates for weddings or special circumstances (golf classics etc) and county board would refix the game if the two clubs didn't come to an agreement on a refixture
Quote from: Rebel84 on May 26, 2024, 10:23:44 PMOr ye know, maybe, both teams and ccc agreed to change the game? Bit of co-operation with all parties. Rather than the nonsense of years gone by where clubs twisted with other clubs and forced players to miss weddings etcQuote from: square_ball on May 26, 2024, 10:15:01 PMDidn't know fleadhs and weddings were grounds to have games called off.
should have been played before the original fixture not weeks later. Somebody has pulled a fly one.
Quote from: BrendanAntrim on Today at 12:12:34 AMHow are we miles off Dublin? We drew with them in championship last year, snd they beat us by a point in the league this year. The championship result this year was very disappointing but hard to say we are miles off them.
Quote from: bennydorano on May 26, 2024, 05:49:09 PMAm I right in thinking if Armagh don't win the group we have to meet Kerry or Dublin in a Q/F? (plenty of ifs to factor in but looking likely) Can't meet our own group winner, nor Donegal who will win their group.

He failed abysmally at that task, getting knocked out of Europe completely at the first hurdle and dropping to a poor 8th in the premier league. Does the fa cup win make up for that. I don't think so. He was lucky to face an off form City in the final.
The only question to be answered is who replaces him.
Didn't Arteta in his first two seasons with Arsenal finish 8th in the Premier League and winning the FA Cup was deemed a success? As for luck Manchester City were average club until they were lucky that their current billionaire owners chose them.
