Anyone on the board suffer from Plantar fasciitis currently or in the past? I have been battling it for a few years, can be brutal in the morning after an evening run or training session the night before,I blame work boots 40 hours a week and a lot of years tramping about a gaa field.
Anyone see a specialist about it or get treatment? I did 4x£50 sessions a few years ago with a specialist that just held a small device that sent shockwaves into my heel for ten mins, didn't help at all and cost a fortune lol

There we have it - Tyrone have opted to revert to the U12,U14, U16 and U18 model, effective immediately. Decoupling at 17. A vote on the matter was taken by club delegates in Garvaghey this evening. The county will also organise a further age grade between U18 and adult level.

Both junior and intermediate finals are live on tg4 regardless of what teams are in the final

Edendork asked for game to be changed due to a stag party this weekend and Gortin obliged. Edendork have no lights on their home pitch and I assume had to offer to look about a pitch with lights and in a neutral location

Carmen turned it on last night when required but can't dwell too much on that as Coalisland were extremely poor & missing a few key forwards. J.Munroe, L McGarrity and R Slane stand out performers on the night I thought.  All roads lead to the Old firm derby

Loughmacrory v Carrickmore in Pomeroy on Saturday 8th October at 3.45pm.

If the intermediate final is to be the 22/23rd weekend It would be that there will have to be a one week break somewhere separating either the quarter/semi or the semi/final which I suppose happens often enough in Tyrone championship when county team does well. It's looking like a November finish once again for a few teams in playoffs
