The weather was absolutely nuts today. Just after seeing the state of the broadway underpass on the news. Surely the engineers would have designed some sort of rapid drainage into what is a big bowl and an obvious water trap?! There is some flooding round armagh too.

Tropical storm Fay here this morning, 8 inches of rain already with more to come, like a river outside the house. Mostly rain so far not much wind. If you can cut and paste the below link and hit play you can see the circulation of the storm as it is at this time, west of where I live about 70 miles.
