Watched the draw there, fcuk that’s an awful lot of boring group games and they are going to expand it the next time  :o

England drew Belgium, Tunisia and Panama, they couldn’t mess that up could they  :D

The tournament will miss Holland and Italy. The Dutch would have made some exciting football games in the group stage.

England got a handy group. Belgium will be tough but Panama and Tunisia will be big underdogs in this group.

Draw made there.  Even though Ireland aren't there, I always love the World Cup.

Group A - Russia, Uruguay, Egypt, Saudi Arabia

Group B - Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Iran

Group C - France, Australia, Peru, Denmark

Group D - Argentina, Iceland, Nigeria, Croatia

Group E - Brazil, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Serbia

Group F - Germany, Mexico, Sweden, South Korea

Group G - Belgium, Panama, Tunisia, England

Group H - Poland, Senegal, Colombia, Japan
Republic of Ireland group winners Serbia will struggle to get out of that group while the play off winners Denmark should reach the next round.

Handy draw, no?

Always important for the success of the Tournament that  the Host country to stay as long as possible in it.  FIFA  was stink enough to give Russia the Tournament, why should they stop there.

If they do not make it through......Putin will hold a few Polonium tea parties. That's gonna concentrate minds.

Uruguay are better than Argentina. Suarez and Cavani up front - literally two best two strikers in world football at the moment. If both bring their club form to Russia they could well make a long run into the knockout stages.

Eygpt with Salah will give top two plenty to think about. Hardly a particularly easy draw.

Hosts always get a reasonably handy draw due to the fact that they are top seeds.
One of the main reasons why England are hardly ever tested in qualifying campaigns

Suarez is in shocking form, 5 in last 18 games for Barcelona I think it is

And Barca are just running away with La Liga.

I checked his stats in La Liga and it’s ten games played, five goals and an assist. Many strikers wish for that to be their bad form.

Stop relating club form to country form Ffs! Messi being prime example
