Title: HQ promotes Kerry fundraiser!

don't know why HQ would be actively promoting fundraising for one county
don't know why an educational institute like Tralee IT would start building facilities without the funding in place

Well considering the GAA practically sponsor Dublin GAA then this is no biggie. No one is being forced to attend.

I presume they would do the same for other counties too. I know, for example, the Tipp county Board would regularly encourage people to support initiatives in other clubs around the county. This is probably similar on a national scale.
