I can understand wanting to give everyone their day in the sun, camogie, junior, intermediate etc but the two flagship club games are going to be played at the end of this cycle of games on what looks like a poor surface, especially for hurling.

There has to be a better solution. Finals only maybe in CP

Don't think he was sarcastic this week.

That was a message to the fans tonight. The next wave.

Thought he was bang on with his message to his players and fans.

He's railing against their comfortable attitude which will be their undoing players especially and home fans expecting the win, just because who they are, but with no fire or passion they'll get caught out like they have in a few games recently.

Prawn sandwich brigade

In fairness to City they have always had 35k hardcore fans, but have obviously now gained lots of hangers on and new fans spending their time taking selfies at matches

Anybody hearing anything about the price of heating oil 'coincidentally' increasing just when the £600 payments are starting to be issued?

Will anyone be using it all for heating ? I doubt it

It's always the same problem with teachers, years ago they were seen as "something" and think they should be paid like doctors & barristers. Now they are 10 a penny and pretty much anyone could have a lash at it.
