Too lazy to find out the number of clubs to do the maths.. Anyone work out what each club will get yet?
A little under 2,200.

Very good, thanks! Great boost for clubs at this time of year!

Let's hope Limerick do the three-in-a-row!

Clueless. The money was given to the GAA. The LGFA have consistently turned down advances regarding a proper amalgamation with the GAA.

Ask yourself this question. If Michael O'Leary threw a million euro at the LGFA in the morning, should the local GAA club be entitled to cut?

I didn't realise Laois were running U-19 Championships this year, does that mean we will have U-17, U-19 and U-20 championship games....

Laoiseabu

Well club football this year is still u 21 as far as I know

It's bullshit. How many f**king age grades do we need?

Jd

Sure  it's no more than before I think.  U13 replaced 12,  15 replaced 14, 17/16,  19/18,and 21 became 20.  I think they may be phasing out u21 in a year or two.  It moves  lads strong years away from exam years apparently

The PRO

The under 19 is a good idea. Lets next year under 20 manager look at every young lad in the county.
There really is no need for an under 21 club championship though. It's crazy having it and it won't start for another few weeks!

Don Draper

The U21 Championship is bullshit.
