I heard on the radio this morning that a judge in Colorado has come up with a new way to punish young people for noise pollution. Apparently there is a lot of bother from young people playing the radio in their cars too loud. They been taking to court and the fines appear to make no differences.

That has all changed in one city now. Their punishment is to be closed in a room for an hour, listening to Barry Manilow. Amazingly the results speaks for themselves. Most of the people subjected to this kind of punished never re-offend, unlike before.

Barry Manilow and his Fan Clubs are reportly to be unimpressed by this.
