Jaysus you're obsessed with Sinn Fein being quiet.
Sinn Fein  are total hypocrites when it comes to anything Kremlin related. All fine about Free free Palestine but not an honest peep about free free Ukraine. That suggests them being firmly stuck in the Kremlin/Iran/Syria backyard.

The hypocrites are those arming wanting more war in Ukraine but not arming the Palestines for more war in Palestine.

Wouldn't it be better to have less war in Palestine by not arming the other side?

I was only pointing out the hypocrisy. I was not advocating for more war.

They're not 'wading in' on too many of the geo political issues of the day as far as I can see. A bit mealy-mouthed for my liking. Have the same thoughts on the Catholic Church.

Hard not to feel they've taken the soup.
It's a lot easier to sing karaoke than to sing opera

They sure have taken the soup. They were a hope for change for a while.........

I hear Sinn Fein's southern membership has dropped by over 35% in the last year. Could this be so?

Probably lost a load of careerists who were raging they didn't get nominated for council with a view to getting into the Dáil

Sinn Fein are suffering from getting to big to quick. They had a lot of Councillors who became TD's too soon. This in turn seen these Councillors having to be replaced in the recent elections by inexperienced candidates.
The Party is lost in what their policies are, in who they are anymore.
Mary Lou and Pearce have become stale.
They have been a disaster in opposition.

I agree, it is very apparent in media interview who are good communicators and who are out of their depth a bit.

Pearce and Eoin O'B are fairly strong and indeed seem to be across the media a fair bit.  Struggling to name any of their other TDs off the top of my head.

Concerning thing for SF in the South is that they could start to lose voters on the back of this as well,

A leader satisfaction rating of only 31% in tomorrow's Ireland Thinks Indo Poll and party down to 18%. Only O'Gorman behind McDonald. Still time to recover before an election next year but it's been a rapid fall.
