As much as there's a bit of a battle on here whether Wiffen is from Armagh or Down, it's great to see the Bel Tel and Newsletter doing almost everything possible to hide the fact he won the gold racing for Ireland and pulling out old pictures of him with no tricolour on his swim cap..

Probably about to get worse if two more GB golds won in rowing, Wiffen and Rhys grab two more for Ireland. It will be 6 golds for our wee country the greatest little country on earth.

Mind you the BelTel cover (not the write up) was impressive - best of any Irish newspaper. Ireland was very much emblazoned on that image.

Sportacus

He's a likeable character.

Captain Scarlet

Just looking at the Gallagher fight. The whole thing seems to be they are rewarding the attackers, but we don't seem to have as many of those fighters this time out.
them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

Bogman

Another medal for Ireland. Kellie Harrington guaranteed at least a Bronze now.
Tomorrow is not guaranteed

She was very comfortable too. It'll take a very good boxer to beat her.

That's 3. Great chance for at least 2 of the rowing teams. The sailors are 2nd going into their last race tomorrow, McClenaghan  has a great chance in the pommell horse and thats before we get to the rest of the boxers, athletics and golf. Also the 2 swimming medalists have more events to come. 6 (London) was our best ever Olympics - should top that this year

Professional champion too but there is no difference in top amateurs and professionals really.
