Thought Trossard looked good when he came on.. Might be worth putting him in against Everton, Martinelli looks tired

Do we have enough referees to run more games on the Friday? Would be a case of the games being split over the weekend if too many reverse teams get put into the league structure

Sure let the seconds teams play at a different time from the seniors and make them stronger.

Not what Iím saying Truth.. Iím asking do we have enough referees because if not then games are going to be have to played on different days. That affects fixtures all over the county if thatís the case

Not often I would agree with Ben Lowry but think he might be onto something when he said that the Dublin Governments fingerprints maybe all over todays exclusion.

I have to prefix this with I am not a sf fan... I really donít think varadakar is particularly trustworthy and I wouldnít be surprised if something like this is his work.

I am no SF Fan either and this has Varadakar dirty tricks written all over it. He has nothing but disdain for SF.

Wouldnít trust varadkar  as far as I could throw him .  His disdain for sf is because he knows him and his partyís days are  numbered. And itís all about  throwing out lies and bullsh1t to try and keep sf out.

You're talking as if SF are some sort of ultra squeaky clean political party and not one up to its eyes in murder and criminality. Any right thinking person has disdain for this party and what it got up to. You can't just erase that.
And to blame LV for what happened yesterday is paranoia beyond belief.

Jesus Trailer you are as thick as shite.. I take it you don't vote for FF/FG either then? Seeing they were involved in murder and criminality themselves? or any political party for that fact seeing most are corrupt

Weíll be approaching the half way mark of the January transfer window in a few days and no business done. Surely weíve learned from previous years this decade where burying your head in the sand and not investing comes back to haunt you later in the season?

Iíll still be delighted with champions league football but if for some mad reason we happened to slip out of top 4 and no business was done in January it would be a head on the chopping block offence regardless of whoís on the line IMO

Myrduk is essentially done.. Another midfielder would be nice to have as Lokonga doesnít look cut out for it and canít rely on Mo or Parteys fitness.

Donít think a striker is on the cards with Myrduk done Martinelli will be the back up striker if Nketiah gets injured but tbf he doesnít really seem to be injury prone

If you want to lose weight then you need a calorie deficit. I.e. more going out than is coming in. Intermittent fasting, keto, etc etc are just ways of achieving that. The best one is the one you are going to enjoy and therefore be able to stick to.
https://youtu.be/66hWntvp0_4
Not really that simple. We canít equate human nutrition to shovelling coal into a steam boiler.
ainít watching all that lol. Fact of the matter is if you arenít burning more than you consume then you wonít lose weight.

Depends on what you are consuming?

Calories are calories youíll still lose weight in a deficit but depending on what you eat in those calories will determine if you are losing muscle or body fat. Obvs more protein in those calories less muscle youíll lose during weight loss.

That podcast he said calorie deficit doesnít work because calorie counting is skewed as what it says on the box isnít right and portion sizes etc but sure people know that.

Best thing to is calculate your BMR (how much calories you burn during the day with no exercise) then depending how active you are cut some calories off your activity level so that too put yourself into a deficit then obvs any exercise on top of that will give you more of a deficit so lose weight quicker.

In the pod he says lengthy calorie counting doesnít work as no studies done but would say thatís bs sure look at Mr Olympias etc and they would track calories and know if they hit a slump might need to shock the system with some cheat day and then continue back on the deficit until they reach there desired weight.

Trick is keeping it off when you reach your goal.

Do any of you practice intermittent fasting?

Not sure if its the same but a friend of mine does it, 3 days on 4 days off...eats like a squirrel 3 days and normal eating 4 days... Been doing it for years, looks well body shape and he's over 60

I could be wrong but I dont think thats the same thing. Intermittent fasting, I believe, is fast for maybe 18 hours a day and getting all your food in during a 6 hour window

Yeh intermittent fasting is like you do 18 hours not eating then consume all your calories in 6 hours or so never really suited me, like something sweet with a cuppa at night.

I just done some fasted cardio in the mornings then a full body session later on in the day 3 times a week and the winter timber used to drop off in time for pre-season.

Yeh have to agree with that.. Was looking at taking the fiancťe away for a few days for her birthday and wasnít sure weíd get a babysitter so added our toddler on. An extra £400 to take the wee one away with us, ridiculous price.

Agree with Brother More Cheaper to go abroad with the little ones

Weíre looking at Felix and Myrduk to possibly getting them both in.. Needed after tonight as think weíll struggle to break teams down if they sit back like Newcastle did tonight

Scandalous officiating there tonight.. How the Gabriel one wasnít a penalty I donít know. Newcastle played like a rich Burnley there tonight, theyíll play that bog football away from home the rest of the season

Not looking good for him!!

Hugh Heff done the same for years and people idolised him

Why did you delete your post earlier?  ::)

Because decided I couldn't have been arsed getting into a discussion about it but your response.. I watched the reddit video, he didn't say that, he moved there because MeToo and false allegations - which a lot of footballers, high profile men etc have experienced. excluding Greenwood and the scum like him.

As for the tweet no excuse for it but obviously was some back and forth between them
