Stag Party Ideas

I'm organising a stag party for 2018 and have chosen Kilkenny city as the venue. I have accommodation sorted but looking for ideas for some sort of activity other than just drinking. Has anyone on here been on similar or any locals who have any ideas for good things to do. Trying to look for something different from the usual paintballing or go karting. Best idea I have at the minute is gowiththeflow.ie but not fully decided on it.

If all fails a trip to Ballyragget and Fifi should do the trick

Was going to suggest karting in Kiltorcan. Was there last wk on  a stag. Don't know what else is down there to do.
