Title: Dublin Student Accomodation
Post by: gallsman on May 10, 2007, 12:00:56 AM
Lads, does anyone know of any good places in Dublin that would be suitable for five Trinity lads (each preferring their own room) that would be willing to accept students on the lease? Results so far have tentatively turned up a place in "Ashdale Avenue" in Harold's Cross, which we can't find on a map, and a place on the corner of the North Circular Road and Dorset Street. Places with four and six bedrooms would also be considered, as we're trying to tempt a sixth fella to go in with us. Ideally, we'd like to be no further north or south than the places already mentioned, but would be willing to go as far North as Marino/Fairview and as far south as Dartry. As a fivesome, our topmost budget would be aound the €2700 a month mark or €3200 for six of us.

Any information, links, tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Went to Trinity years ago and remember this annual nightmare well. It can only have got worse what with rental prices increasing.

Some of the places we ended up staying had to be seen to be believed.

Best of luck Gallsman

I would suggest Marino Student Residence as some Trinity students live here and the 123 goes by Trinity. But it's too bloody expensive... :-\

The only goodd thing about Coppers is the challenge of trying to sneak in without paying once you come out fully loaded from the Palace!
