Anyone know how games are picked by RTE, BBC and SKY?

I'd have thought the Ulster replays would be a Cert this weekend

what games are on this weekend?
The Munster football and Leinster hurling finals are both on RTE.

Two predictable wins for Kerry and Kilkenny zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Very few can call the Ulster replays, yet RTE go live with watching paint dry. Same as those two awful games in Croke Park last weekend.

Crazy situation but they're contractually obligated for certain games from the master schedule by the looks of it. This weekend SKY would have had the pick of qualifiers and obviously Dublin v Cork is the standout one and I'm sure all provincial finals have to be shown live.

Instead they come back with this, which, lets face it, is just sub-standard La's. Which, let's face it, is Cast.

Now that's harsh.

Was that second last photo of the junior final or the intermediate final the year after?

Looks like the Intermediate Final panel

Second highest scorer this week with 175 and still feckin lost

I'd apologise but the same thing happened me a few weeks ago. To really rub the salt in, not only was it the second highest score of the week, but also the second highest score in the division all season!

OK, Montana is all set, and draft set for next Sunday night at 9pm.

Onto Payton...

We have 5 teams in, and an invite sent out for the 6th. Still waiting for email addresses for Mayo4Sam and Rehabis4Quitters. Iceman, also waiting for your email address. On reflection, I think dec is right, and I will spare him the relegation. Dec, I've emailed you your reprieve email.

So if we get Mayo4Sam, Rehabis4Quitters and Iceman, as well as dec, then we will be up to our 10.

Let's see if we can get that sorted today!

AZ my team is rehab is 4 quitters.

Banger sanger is another lad with same first name but but not me.

rehabis 4 quitters should be promoted now to b division

still suggesting 2 leagues of 12 if we dont have the teams

this past year was a lot more craic with 12 teams than the previous seasons
I agree with this, especially if I get a relegation reprieve  :P

Am I too late or have we a draft date yet?

See this draft thing. What happens if your pick doesn't want to go there for reasons such as he wants to go to a 'better side', more money, better contract etc?

Eli Manning to the Chargers 2004 is probably the closest you'll get to this scenario in recent times.

Sorry Declan and Seanie, haven't been on all week - I'll get a look at them tonight and let you know.

Weekends better for drafts or else late evening, 10pm or so.

I'm easy either way but given the choice, I'd prefer late evening - about 9 or 10 if that suited the boys in the States.

Time to start gearing up for this again! Looking forward to getting back into Senior following my Tour de Force through the Intermediate ranks last year. The last time I won the big one was the year after Lone Shark won his first Gaaboard Superbowl so hopefully that's a good omen for the year ahead.

Sorry for your loss Tony, RIP

I had the same problem. Go to the main fantasy league page and go to join custom league, enter the 6 digit league number - e.g. 382045 if you're the nuggets and enter the password and register update the details from there

Now that everything is sorted, it must be this time of year again

Tipping L'espirit de Biff and Crossmaglen to make the playoffs easily

Woejus early to be making such comments. I'm not terribly unhappy, the system froze me out for the last few rounds so I really would have preferred to have done a lot better at DL and my RB core full of potential but short of dependability.

Depending on what sort of a year Eli and the Giants D has, Red Hand Helmets look in very decent nick to me too.

Considering I couldn't make the draft, my first impression looking at it was that I made out like a bandit. Mightn't be too overly enamored with my DE selections but I certainly can't complain considering I put them on my draft list.

Looking at the rest of the teams, I'd agree that Lone Shark and XMG hitmen look in very good shape and as usual bombidal will be hard to beat again with a decent selection
