I prefer College Ball myself, although to be fair I just like the conference and March Madness tournaments.

I find the NBA a bit boring. Up/Down/Up/Down, no defense, and the game only comes to life in the last 10 minutes or so.

Anyone interested in doing a bracket for March Madness?

Im up for it!! Anyone catch the Old miss game? I much prefer college ball to the NBA

Can't agree with that! NBA far better in terms of both quality and fun!

For a man that likes Baseball i find Basketball boring (i know), too much scoring i think and tbh any game i fancy watching i tune in for last 5/10 mins at most.

Bracket filled.

I can sympathise with that I guess. I like the NBA in general because of the athleticism and "skill" and "flair" compared to the other sports but accept that there are a lot of dead games out there. Come playoff time though it gets fantastic! Watch out for the first round in the West where a (finally) fully healthy #8 OKC should have every chance of taking down #1 Golden State.

Ibaka is out for for 4-6 weeks

The NBA has become a joke. Too many teams making the playoffs. 60% of the teams make the playoffs out of 30 teams, and that's after a nearly 80 game regular season . It really is about money, lining the owners pockets etc. Of the 16 teams, probably 4/5 maybe have any realistic change of winning it. Compare to the NFL were less teams make the playoffs , with more teams and less games. Also, most years you make some sort of case for maybe 7/8 of the NFL teams, the giants, packers and ravens to name a few in recent times. However, unfortunately the NFL will soon follow suit, and greed will prevail...
Bracket is filled out (4 of them) . Very hard to look past the athleticism and length of big blue. I took Wisonsin in one bracket beating KU in the final 4 and beating Michigan St in the final. All my others I have Kentucky beating Duke for it all.

I've just done the one here, and I have Duke upsetting Kentucky in the final.

Notre Dame run close in 1st game, more games like that will do

Wisconsin v Duke for it all, Kentucky just couldn't get there, so hard to go a whole season undefeated.

They looked a bit shaky throughout the tournament and just scraped past ND. Wisconsin are a bigger, better version of ND so was always going to be tough. Sam Dekker has made himself a lot of money with his performances.

If Bucky wins tonight I win two grand, if they lose I win a grand. I had picked the badgers and backed them when I heard the juniors were coming back.

Kentucky players,  most of them were classless idiots, they refused to shake hands with badger players and one of them even said " f**k that nigger" in reference to the badgers man, Frank Kaminski, a huge white dude.

Their coach is a cheating dirtbag and I for one am delighted they are 38 and done!

Armagh, the one true love of a mans life.

On Wisconsin!  Bucky is as close to Buckeye as I can get.  C'mon BIG, make Duke puke.  You ousted that Calipari creep, now bounce Kfhtvgjrxbybnv-shefski

Beat me to it Gab. Guilty of all charges. Life without parole.

I'm sure there was uproar about this in the States, but from reading in-between the lines over here, was the case not a nailed on cert that he would be found guilty?

That was my understanding of it. I don't think there's much doubt about it.

Towards the end of the trial he actually admitted being at the scene of the murder but that one of his friends that pulled the trigger. There doesent seem to be much doubt about it alright.

no uproar about it - the man committed the crime - he is guilty and has thrown his life and talent away - people are more concerned about their taxes (which got filed yesterday) and the presidential candidates...the Hockey playoffs and the summer coming

And the NBA playoffs which are about to start. Lot of interest in the Bay Area after the Dubs had a superb season. 1st time since the mid 70's that they have a genuine shot and a MVP candidate.
