Dunloy definitely not out of their depth here anyway. Could be doing with taking more chances and that umpire giving them the odd 65 would help.

Both teams shooting been brutal. Also, love to see the conversion rates of penalties since they were changed few years ago, pens are suppose to be an advantage to the attacking team. Doesn't seem that way currently, shot from the 21 is def in keepers favour.

Morelos has been at the mince pies early, could put his £100million transfer window move in jeopardy

Shocking Benny for a professional footballer...also for the club to allow this.

There's lads playing club GAA who if they returned in that shape would be told they would need to get the finger out, crazy a professional soccer club can let an asset get into that kinda shape

Glen missed a bagful of chances against Cargin. They have the best midfield left in the competition and in Glass, probably the best player. They could strangle the life out of the Kilcoo attack. McFaul is a huge miss for them though so that equals things out a little. I still think Glen will just about win this.

they could have done all that last year too? Was McFaul playing last year?

They had Kilcoo beat in that game but for the keepers mistake. McFaul played centre half back and scored a point and was instrumental in a few other scores.

McFaul is quality, would be some craic if he rocked up on Sunday....

Been listening to a podcast called crime in sports. 2 comedians take an athlete, some really well known some pretty obscure who have been involved in crime. They go through their career and crimes while ripping the piss outta everyone and everything in sight, over 200 episodes done, I started at the beginning and prob 3/4 the way through, some of the best ones are the unknowns. The wrestling ones all seem to be the craziest. Really can't recommend it high enough

Going End Feb for 4 nights/5 days;

Hotel - the edison times square, return from dub-jfk £1500 (2 adults)

How much spending money should one budget for daily (if attractions are pre booked).

on the attractions - i see there are some passes - are the 3/4 day passes worth it? or is it best to book each one by one

Stayed in the Edison before ... superb location just off Times Square, was a small enough room as seems the norm for NYC, I don't recall hanging around the hotel other than a few beers in what was a small bar in it.

Spending money, how long is a piece of string really ... you won't be long burning through $200 when eating out a few times a day along with a few beers etc.

Staying here myself start of jan for 3 nights before headed on a cruise, location looks good, was told not to expect too much for Times Square hotels. Looking forward to seeing New York, never been before

St Brigids won't count. Couple of years early for them.

I'm going for Cargin or Portglenone.

Hearing change in the draw procedure.....and do you think PG1 have strength in depth to go all the way...25 probables is my  estimation on requirement....

Hopefully back to straight knockout, groups are brutal too many dead rubbers. If they want to give teams at least 2 games then do a back door system, the groups are not fit for purpose at all

Don't see how drug testing of club players would work, where would you draw the line? anyone playing, so after a junior b game which is recreational they could test? or just div 1/ Senior Championship.

I think getting into the whole recreational aspect of drugs isnt really the place of the GAA, a lot of lads take cocaine recreationally, doesn't automatically lead to a drug problem for them, likewise lads having a drink doesn't lead to a drink problem.

I think you'd actually see a bigger drop off in playing numbers of lads 18-25 if there was drug testing, more to do with the shame they'd feel at home if they did fail a test.

As someone said, the concerning thing is how normalised its become, lads I know literally cant go for 1-2 pints without thinking about cocaine, though these lads wouldn't be into sport.

as a society we need to look at it, but banning young lads from football for testing positive for a recreational drug isnt the way in my opinion

This is as bad as I've seen Glen

Clearly glen tactic is to press at the half way line, cargin very little interest In going past the half way line, leaves us with this horrible type of game, brutal. Glen push up 10 yards higher 2nd half it's a dif game

Again it's hoofball as the only alternative to Kenny.
We are NOT a good team to watch we do NOT play wonderful football.

I have asked repeatedly here. What is our attacking plan? I don't see a style.

Hoofball is not the only alternative. Progressive passing is an alternative. I don't know who the alternative manager is but Kennys win rate is awful. Sticking with him because there is no alternative is not a reason to stick with him.

Exactly, there seems to be this case of if you dont want us playing the way we are playing then you want hoof ball, complete nonsense. there's a middle ground and thats where Ireland should be, we dont have the squad for the way Kenny wants to play, he has shown he cant change so we need a change. the interest in the national team really is at an all time low, something needs to change, we cannot give Kenny another qualification campaign

Fontenoys by 9 in the end, didn't see that one coming, maybe Down hurling is stronger than I thought..
We'll know better tomorrow all the same.

Great result there. Other match away to extra time

Watching the stream here, carrickmore wides and 2 soft goals killed them. Side note. Something needs done about players constantly pulling their helmets off every time they are down, was there not some rule introduced about this?

Watching some of his goals back, likes of the mayo one etc, shows you how much the advanced mark ruins forward play. That mayo goal, early in an AI final now player would win that ball and fire the hand up, if the GAA do one thing surely it'll be get rid of that rule

Having to cut the grass in the middle of November.
Don't sicken me. I thought the last cut at start of Nov would do it! Definitely need to do it again  :(

Grass cut yesterday too.. 21.2 degrees in Wales today

I'm glad I'm not the only one having to make a shape at cutting grass at the moment.

On another note we drove past a house last night and they had their Christmas tree up already!!
Half my street has theirs up! I thought Halloween was bad, barely a week had passed and the first house put their Christmas decorations up! Absolute weirdos.

Aye have it up 2 months before Christmas then cant wait to get them down on St Stephens day, just look at me people, have to be first up first down.

Was that not a foul on the Errigal keeper for the Glen goal?
definitely looked a clear foul to me.

100% easy one for the ref to get, laughable a ref at this level to let that go
