I been to a number of games, think they competive enough. There not alot of goalkeeping options in the county. Not alot of possible stand out future county men. Alot of the very good players are not big. There is a very good lad playing No.11 for Castledawson whos he? Wouldn't be the biggest!

Thought the Longford subs made a big difference in the game.

Weirdest weather out there,Sky all shapes of Purple from the solar flare, but there seem to be dust, particles or sthing, blowing in the air, you think it was light rain or fog blowing in a wind, but its bone dry and no wind. Wonder are these some type of solar flare particles? Yes sounds dramatic but it's really weird.

Derry at Under 20 level don't translate from their strong minor teams.Too often the senior team took importance and the U20 team suffered for it. Not playing Murray and McVoy in last years final a prime example. Am convinced they won if they played. McGrogan and Coney few years before that. We go through various managers also, without the steady 3yr manager we got at Minor.

Monaghan need to do a full rebuild, too many men a few yrs plus by 30. They had some decent underage teams in the last few years so they gonna have blood 3/4 a year.

Who's Bomber Destro alter ego these days?

Whats the point men killing themselves at training for McKinless to then go out and do that.Forget about respect to the opposition. He hasn't respect for his own teammates.track record of ill discipline comes back to bite Derry. He anything in him, he should be apologising to them other lads plus Comer. Still think Galway would won anyway, we just don't play well against them. Derry had a good half back line, and we likely playing Armagh without 4 defenders from last years semi. Some Derry players have badly went of the boil,

General discussion / Re: Boxing Thread

Boxer advancing forward all the time,is looked favourable by judges, there were alot of even rounds,  but Fury was on the back foot all night. Ref should let the 9th go another few seconds. Fury been dropped or the ref would had stop the fight, didn't do either but given him a standing count. It was never a split decision though. I still though Uysk won by at least 2.

When's the last time, a team 14 men actually won a game? Derry have had a issue from 2 weeks before the Donegal game, then injuries, and men leaving make it worse. On that game I be worried Armagh turn them over fairly easy.

Rumour was there a man hasn't trained in 2 weeks and another sick all week playing, if thats the case. Derry not strong enough on the bench

Derry never beaten Galway often, i said earlier in the week Derry would lose, today no surprise. Getting a man send off after 20 odd mins meant u always be on a hammering to nothing

Derry were ok to they went to Portugal, draw your own conclusions

All inured at training  not games, heavy training for that. We were in a better position after the league final
