WRONG E-MAIL ADDRESS

This one is priceless.. Wrong email address. A lesson to be learned
from typing the wrong email address!!!!
A Wisconsin couple decided to go to Florida to thaw out during a
particularly icy winter.

They planned to stay at the same hotel where they spent their
honeymoon 20 years earlier.
Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their
travel schedules.

So, the husband left Wisconsin and flew to Florida on Thursday, with
his wife flying down the following day.
The husband checked into the hotel. There was a computer in his room,
so he decided to send an email to his wife.

However, he accidentally left out one letter in her email address,
and without realizing his error, sent the email.
Meanwhile, somewhere in Houston , a widow had just returned home from
her husband's funeral.

He was a minister who was called home to God following a heart
attack.
The widow decided to check her email expecting messages from
relatives and friends.

After reading the first message, she screamed and fainted.

The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor,
and saw the computer screen which read:
To: My Loving Wife
Subject: I've Arrived
Date: October 16, 2007
I know you're surprised to hear from me.

They have computers here now and you are allowed to send emails to
your loved ones.

I've just arrived and have been checked in.

I've seen that everything has been prepared for your arrival
tomorrow.
Looking forward to seeing you then!!!!
Hope your journey is as uneventful as mine was.

P.S. Sure is freaking hot down here!!!!

When screening the recent James Bond film, (Daniel Craig's first outing), RTE advertised it at the ad breaks as 'Casino Royal'. Also, once upon a time on the six-one news, the newsreader was delivering a good news story with the tag line 'Hopefull'.

Just got this from the friendly guys at OWC...

Puckoon,

In the coming weeks we will be phasing out the Patron status on the OurWeeCountry Forum, this is because we have introduced a new "Supporter" status that simply means Forum Supporter. By paying £5 you will be supporting the OurWeeCountry Forum and Server. Why do this? Simple, we want to maintain a good level of service and we also want to grow and develop the forum/server for the future. We also wish to have something set aside should any technological mishaps occur.

OurWeeCountry needs to stay ahead of the game and this new supporter level, along with other things like the local adverts, are going to permit us to do just that.  Supporters will enjoy much more in the future than what members will. As well as the free bandwidth ensured to "supporters" via the PFP Patron Friendly Policy (Which will become the SFS "Supporter Friendly System") making sure that Supporters, just like Patrons right now, are kept lag free on the server.  We also have plans for more, including a fail safe shadow server that will be called the (supporter shadow system) this will ensure that even if this server and therefore forum goes down, a shadow server would kick in for those on supporter status and the forum would always be available for them.

This is something I am actively developing for the network. Future competitions, Q&A's and other interesting give-aways will also only be available to people going into the new supporter status. As well as away travel forums and other existing parts of the forum. Technology and the internet is moving along so fast, as our membership grows we need to ensure the good professional running of our system, for all the Northern Ireland fans. I feel we can be one of the most advanced supporter forums online. How do I pay? If you click on the "my controls" tab at the top of your owc forum screen you will go into the control panel. From here if you look down the left hand menu you will see, under the heading "options" a link called "Purchase Paid Subscriptions" Click into this and follow the instructions. You can pay with paypal or all major credit and debit cards, you may also pay by post. You can get more info on this by going to the forum, or you can PM a member of the Admin Team.

Thank you for the support.

OurWeeCountry Admin.

Why does Fionntamhnach's signature against SMS speak say "Dont" instead of "Don't"?
